Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring part-time clinicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans as part of a clinical team, while recording data and fostering positive learning environments for children with autism.

No prior experience required and paid training provided. Ideal candidates are on-site in Kansas, with a willingness to learn and reliable transportation to visit families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients at home or in community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
