Job summary

Arizona Autism Charter Schools, Inc. seeks a Client Vocational Coach to provide one-on-one support to clients in Workforce Development Programs on-site and at off-site workplaces.

The role blends direct coaching with collaboration across staff and external partners to integrate client experiences within the community. The ideal candidate has 3+ years working with individuals with disabilities, training in ABA, and strong communication skills for families and professionals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working with clients with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Completion of or current enrollment in Education, or RBT certification preferred.
• Mastery and enthusiasm for autism education and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' vocational duties at job sites to support
• Engage in one-on-one coaching to support daily and weekly tasks
• Provide individualized support for resume writing, interviews, and applications
• Collaborate with program staff to communicate the value of Workforce Development
• Collect data on student performance
• Help clients set goals and overcome barriers
• Develop effective employment and coaching plans
• Communicate with clients about goals and aspirations
• Train clients in interpersonal skills
• Support behaviors in community and on-site settings
