Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children with autism on a part-time basis. You will be trained and supported to earn your RBT certification before delivering services.

You’ll work within a strong clinical team, recording session data and following care plans in clients’ homes and community settings. A six-month commitment is encouraged, with flexible scheduling and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training and support provided.
• Ability to work with children with autism using ABA-based interventions.
• Comfort working in clients' homes and community settings.
• Commitment to making a lasting impact over at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and support families.
