Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking entry-level ABA assistants to support children with Autism in their homes or community settings. These part-time roles focus on one-on-one skill-building under supervision, with flexible afternoon or evening hours.

No prior experience is required; you’ll receive training and work closely with a clinical team to help families and nurture independence in clients.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
• Coordinate with families and care providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
