ABA 360 in Elizabeth, NJ is looking for a compassionate Support Professional to assist an 18-year-old with autism at the client’s home or community sites. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services, help build independence, and support families by documenting progress and coordinating with the clinical team.

No prior experience is required, and many positions are part-time with afternoon or evening hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping individuals with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to clients’ homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
