aba360 is seeking dedicated individuals to join our ABA team, delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, while collaborating with families and our clinical team.

No prior experience required; positions start part-time with opportunities to grow. A 6-month commitment is encouraged and training through the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is recommended.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping individuals with Autism.
• Patience and compassion; ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
