Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA services to a 15-year-old client in Glen Gardner, NJ. The role focuses on promoting independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions.

Positions start part-time with room to grow; no experience is required as training is provided. You’ll work with families and the clinical team, with sessions in clients’ homes or community locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping individuals with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• Assist in implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
