Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking a part-time Support Professional to work with a 15-year-old with autism in Glen Gardner, NJ. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

No experience required; 6-month commitment; afternoon/evening hours may be available, with same-day pay and growth opportunities in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients at home or in community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
