Job summary

aba360 is seeking part-time RBT-eligible professionals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in New Jersey. You will work with a dedicated clinical team to implement skill-building plans and collect data, while supporting families and promoting positive behaviors.

All positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment; no prior experience is required. Training opportunities and potential advancement within the ABA field are available for motivated

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
