Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team providing one-on-one services in clients’ homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and support families while recording data on electronic devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral part of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
