Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking part-time ABA professionals to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

You will collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors, record session data, and help create a nurturing learning environment. No prior ABA experience is required; paid training is provided as you begin a meaningful career. A 40-hour RBT course and a 6-month commitment are expected.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
