Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in the United States is seeking Behavior Analysts in Training as part of our Rising Stars program for master's level practicum. This role supports early intervention therapy in a center-based setting, supervised hours toward BCBA certification, and a structured path to full BCBA status.

We offer pay of $24-30 per hour based on experience, guaranteed hours (32-40 weekly), bonuses up to $1,500 annually, and benefits including 90% company-paid health

Proof of enrollment required
Experience with data collection and progress tracking is a plus

Responsibilities

Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
All Restricted hours completed
Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
Shaping the minds of kiddos aged 18 months to 8 years
Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans
Collaborating with BCBA and the team to uphold ABC’s core values
