Fraser, a Minnesota nonprofit leader in autism, mental health, and disability services, seeks an Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator in St. Cloud. You will oversee staff experience, training, and onboarding through offboarding, while also providing clinical services to clients in the ABA program.

The role involves staffing, interviewing, training oversight, attendance tracking, and new hire onboarding with a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred (not mandatory).
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
• Ability to pass DHS Background Check.
• Experience working with children with special needs.
• Effective communication in English.
• Computer proficiency with Word and Excel; strong keyboarding.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with HR and ABA managers to meet staffing and budget needs.
• Be SME in conducting effective interviews and gatekeeper for Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.
• Monitor and ensure staff meet training requirements in a timely manner and flag barriers to supervisors.
• Monitor and track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
• Coordinate clinical onboarding for ABA staff: onboarding trainings, trainer support, training schedules, materials, and safety trainings.
• Provide guidance to new staff during onboarding and for the first 90 days.

As the Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and implementing Fraser policies and procedures related to overall staff experience and training in the ABA program from onboarding through offboarding. You will also provide clinical services to clients as well.

This starting wage for this position is $48,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with Human Resources and ABA Managers/ABA Service Controller to meet program staffing and budget needs in intensive ABA services.
• Be Subject Matter Expert in conducting effective interviews, and act as a gatekeeper for the Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.
• Monitor and ensure staff meet training requirements in a timely manner and proactively communicate barriers to supervisors.
• Monitor and track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
• Coordinate clinical new hire onboarding for ABA Program Staff, including:
• Conduct onboarding trainings
• Coordinate support for trainers
• Create orientation training schedules, training guides, and related materials packet
• Complete mandatory health and safety trainings and skills assessments (CPR, First Aid, Safety Care)
• Provide guidance to new staff prior to their onboarding and for first 90 days of hire as needed
