Job summary

Fraser, Minnesota’s leader in autism and mental health services, seeks an Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator. You’ll support staff experience in the ABA program from onboarding through offboarding and provide clinical services to clients.

You’ll oversee interviewing, training compliance, onboarding, and attendance tracking, ensuring program staffing aligns with budgets and quality standards. This nonprofit role emphasizes compassion, growth, and community impact.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with clean record.
  • RBT certification required.
  • Ability to pass DHS Background Check.
  • Experience with children with special needs.
  • Proficient English communication; good written skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Word and Excel; keyboarding skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assess staffing ratios and coordinate with HR and managers to meet service needs.
  • Serve as SME in interviewing and uphold Fraser brand and clinical quality.
  • Monitor training compliance and communicate barriers to supervisors.
  • Track daily attendance of ABA staff.
  • Coordinate onboarding for ABA staff, including training schedules and materials.

As the Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and implementing Fraser policies and procedures related to overall staff experience and training in the ABA program from onboarding through offboarding. You will also provide clinical services to clients as well.

This pay range for this position is $48,000- $50,000 annually and comes with a full benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with Human Resources and ABA Managers/ABA Service Controller to meet program staffing and budget needs in intensive ABA services.
  • Be Subject Matter Expert in conducting effective interviews, and act as a gatekeeper for the Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.
  • Monitor and ensure staff meet training requirements in a timely manner and proactively communicating barriers to supervisors.
  • Monitor and track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
  • Coordinate clinical new hire onboarding for ABA Program Staff, including:
    • Conduct onboarding trainings
    • Coordinate support for trainers
    • Create orientation training schedules, training guides, and related materials packet
    • Complete mandatory health and safety trainings and skills assessments (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Safety Care)
    • Provide guidance to new staff prior to their onboarding and for first 90 days of hire as needed

Requirements
