Job summary

Heartland ABA in Bondurant, IA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in home or community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, helping children reach their goals with evidence-based interventions and collaborate with a clinical team for care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required prior to working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
