Job summary

Achieve Beyond in the Hudson Valley area seeks an ABA Service Provider to work with children and families, delivering in-home, community, and clinic ABA services. The role focuses on supporting development and independence through evidence-based interventions.

You will educate caregivers, adapt plans to natural environments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure progress and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children and families
• Early Intervention/home-based experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Successful completion of ABA Training
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and patient/professional

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing ABA services to children in natural environments (birth-3)
• Educate family members and caregivers on intervention strategies
• Work in homes, day care centers, and community settings
• Follow Individualized Service Plan and interpret goals for parents
• Prepare progress reports within program timelines
• Maintain confidentiality and submit records on time (HIPAA/state/federal)

Hudson Valley Location

Positions are available throughout Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties.

Come join a team of passionate therapists providing excellent pediatric therapy to children throughout the United States! Achieve Beyond was founded in 1995 and is continuously growing to meet the needs of developmentally disabled children through our ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We currently offer our services in the entire metro New York area (including the five boroughs of NYC, Hudson Valley and Long Island) and Albany, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, and the Virginia/ Maryland/ DC area. We specialize in conducting initial evaluations and providing ongoing services in home, community and clinic settings. Job responsibilities

• Provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children (ages birth-3) in their most natural environment.
• Educate family members and caregivers on different intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over.
• Work in diverse settings as client homes, family day care homes, day care centers, or other community settings
• Follow Individualized Service Plan, plan ongoing treatment, and interpret goals and treatment plan for parents
• Prepare progress reports as per program timelines
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations) and submit records to agency within established deadlines

Requirements

• Must have a passion for working with children and families!
• One of the following certifications/licenses
  • Students with Disabilities (Birth 2) Initial or Professional certification
  • Permanent Special Education certificate
  • TSHH Permanent certificate
  • TSLD Initial or Professional certification
  • NYS Certified School Psychologist
  • NYS Licensed Master or Clinical Social Worker
• Early Intervention and/or home-based experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Successful completion of ABA Training. Training is available at Achieve Beyond
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train.
• The ability to climb and descend staircases
• The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly
• The ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/ or crawl for extended periods
