What You'll Do:
Provide individualized ABA therapy in a client's home under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement treatment plans to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Track data and report progress to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with families and team members to foster growth and positive outcomes.

What We're Looking For:
Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently in the home setting.
