Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in the United States is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. We provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations, with flexible part-time schedules.

No experience? Paid training is provided. We look for compassionate, patient individuals who can stay calm under pressure and commit to a 6-month engagement. RBT certification is required before working; same-day pay is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
