Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Kansas City, MO is hiring part-time RBTs to join our ABA team. We provide one-on-one services at clients' homes or in community settings, with flexible hours and same-day pay. A 6-month commitment is preferred, and RBT certification is required before working.

You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record data, and support families in achieving goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Participate as a member of the clinical team and implement skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
