Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification is mandatory.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate session data and document within 24 hours.
• Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans.
