Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working in the role.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

• Experience with ABA is a plus but paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
