Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring for Ross County Pediatric Support Specialist to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. This role offers part-time hours with the goal of a six-month commitment and paid training to get you started.

As an RBT-certified individual, you will work with our clinical team to implement behavior-support plans, collect session data, and help families achieve their children's goals while maintaining a compassionate, patient approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans with supervision from the clinical team.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Support families and foster positive learning environments.
