Job summary

Heartland ABA in Hillsboro, OH is seeking a dedicated Community RBT / Behavior Hero to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, support independence, and contribute to care plans as a key member of our clinical team.

We welcome a high school diploma, mandatory RBT certification, and a passion for helping children with autism. Paid training, flexible part-time schedules, and opportunities to advance with BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Work as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
