Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Ohio. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior-support plans with fidelity, and collaborating closely with our clinical team and families.

This role emphasizes flexibility, part-time scheduling, and growth opportunities through BCBA-directed programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
