Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. No prior experience required as paid training is provided, and part-time positions are available to fit student or flexible schedules.

You will join a clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record progress, and support families in achieving meaningful behavioral goals for children with Autism. A calm, patient, and compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in-home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
