Job summary

Heartland ABA in Cresco, IA is seeking a Behavioral Support & Life Skills Specialist (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will work with a dedicated clinical team to support children in achieving personalized goals, with paid training and flexible part-time hours.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and able to maintain calm in challenging situations; RBT certification is required before working, and a 6-month commitment is encouraged to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to client progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
