Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a devoted ABA team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

This role starts part-time with flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement through BCBA programs, and a supportive clinical team. Training is provided, and you will record session data and collaborate with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
