Little Champs ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, and community settings across Utah. You will collect data, attend supervision, and collaborate with BCBAs to implement evidence-based techniques.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and the community.
• Help learners gain life skills (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.
