Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team providing one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings.

We offer same-day pay, part-time schedules, and opportunities for fellowship and internship hours to progress toward BCBA schooling programs. Candidates must have an RBT certification and a strong desire to help children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be a key member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
