Heartland Behavior seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism in achieving personalized goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings under a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
