Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Newton, IA is seeking a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building and care plans under supervision, with emphasis on independence and positive behavior.

The role offers part-time hours, no minimum case requirements, and paid training. We also provide pathways for advancement and a supportive clinical team, with opportunities for immediate paycheck

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
