Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children achieve their goals while collaborating with our clinical team.

We offer same-day pay, part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive environment. High school diploma and RBT certification required; training provided to new hires.

• RBT certification required before working.
