Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings and collaborate with a clinical team to implement care plans.

Part-time positions are available with flexible schedules. Prior RBT certification is required, and paid training is provided to ease onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
