Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) professionals to join our team and support clients in achieving individual goals in home or community settings.

Positions start as part-time, with opportunities for professional advancement within the thriving ABA field. You will work with a dedicated clinical team and have access to training and a pathway toward BCBA-level credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patient, compassionate and able to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
