BK Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team and support clients in achieving their goals. As a skilled ABA professional, you will apply evidence-based interventions in collaborative settings to promote independence and meaningful progress.

You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations, working closely with clinicians to implement care plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
