Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team delivering one-on-one ABA services to children with autism. This position offers flexible part-time hours, minimal commitment of 6 months, and paid training before you start.

Responsibilities include recording session data, implementing skill-building plans, and collaborating with our clinical team and families to reinforce progress in home or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm.
• ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
