• RBT certification required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans
