BK Behavior is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Vandalia, OH. You will join a strong clinical team and implement care plans to support independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm presence in challenging moments.
• RBT certification required before starting; paid training available.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to support independence and positive behavior.
• Contribute as a member of the clinical team by implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and build connections with families.
