BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior plans with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Paid training is provided.
• Part-time positions with a six-month commitment.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
• No minimum case requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
