Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking qualified RBTs to join our team for part-time work in clients' homes or community locations. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and diligently record session data.

We welcome individuals who are passionate about helping children with autism, with a willingness to learn and a calm, patient demeanor. RBT certification is required before working, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
