Job summary

BK Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement care plans, and record data to support clients’ goals in home or community settings.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma, and a passion for helping children with Autism. This part-time role offers flexibility and opportunities to grow within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
