Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA services to children, helping them achieve their goals with evidence-based interventions. You will be part of a robust clinical team focused on independence and positive behavior changes.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA-supported programs. Travel to client homes and community locations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and support children with Autism using ABA.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
