Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a dedicated ABA team in Ohio. The role focuses on delivering one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.

You will record data and collaborate with a clinical team to implement care plans. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be willing to learn, and hold an RBT certification before working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
