Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a dedicated team providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community-based locations. You will implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, while accurately recording progress with electronic devices.

We offer part-time opportunities with flexible schedules, Same Day Pay, and pathways for professional advancement including partnerships with BCBA schooling

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience and compassion when working with children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
