Heartland-Aba-1 is hiring for part-time ABA roles serving children with autism in clients' homes or community locations in Topeka, Kansas. No prior ABA experience required; paid training is provided and the 40-hour RBT course is supported. Great entry point into psychology and education, with flexible afternoon/evening hours.

Join a supportive clinical team, record session data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to deliver evidence-based interventions and meaningful progress for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
