Job summary

ABA Squad is seeking a Part-Time ABA technician to support therapy for children with autism in in-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings around St. Louis, MO. You will implement programs under a supervising BCBA, collect data, and train families to maintain gains.

Qualifications include an active RBT or willingness to obtain, a valid driver's license, strong communication, and a high school diploma. Opportunities exist to grow into full-time with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain (ABA Squad covers costs).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
• Ability to operate computers and clinical equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team oriented, dependable and adaptable.
• Multitasks well in a changing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.
