Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is looking for dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Part-time roles with a 6-month commitment offer the chance to contribute to meaningful progress for children with Autism, with paid training and opportunities to advance within a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include implementing skill-building plans, recording data, and collaborating with families and the broader clinical team to promote independence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
