Job summary

Heartland ABA in Paxton, NE is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. You will implement evidence-based ABA interventions and help clients achieve their goals under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Experience in ABA or working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage families and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Flexible scheduling and travel to client homes or community locations.
