Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations across Ohio.

This part-time role offers Same Day Pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, and a robust clinical team to help you grow professionally.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA services, data collection, and collaborating with families to promote independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
