Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. The roles are part-time with entry-level training, offering flexible afternoon/evening opportunities and a pathway into autism support.

No prior experience is required; candidates will complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and begin contributing to the clinical team with supervision and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
